Service Terms

By initializing a session or executing a transaction within the Diternox Distributor Portal, you formally agree to these Master Service Terms. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between your retail entity and Diternox Distribution Corp.

Authorized access to the portal is granted via unique retailer credentials. You maintain full liability for all procurement actions executed via your account, including financial settlements and inventory orders.

SKU pricing is dynamic and subject to distributor-level adjustments. Final settlement figures include GST and logistics charges as itemized at checkout. Payment failure or reversal without authorization may result in immediate suspension of fulfillment services.

Logistical timelines are non-binding estimates based on hub efficiency. Ownership of physical assets and risk of loss transitions to the retailer upon successful delivery and signature verification at the registered fulfillment address.
