01Return Eligibility
Return the product within 7 days of delivery. All returned assets must be in original packaging with all security seals intact and documentation present.
Physical inspection is mandatory prior to replacement authorization.
02Replacement Fulfillment
Once your return is verified and processed at our facility, we will deliver the replacement within 3-5 business days. Replacement assets are prioritized in the distribution queue.
